KyaPrice.com receives many press releases from PR Agencies, companies, media partners and other parties. We do do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the press releases. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in any PR (if required) and we also reserve the right to reject or remove old PRs anytime without advanced notice.
During the creation of a KyaPrice account, your email address, nickname, and password will only be retained if you respond within 1 hour to the confirmation email sent to the email address provided during registration. If no response is received after 1 hour, your email address, nickname, and password will be permanently deleted from our systems. We will retain your personal data for as long as we consider your KyaPrice account to be active. Also, see below under “Your Rights” for a description of your right of erasure. In the case of our web server logs, any personal information will be deleted after 24 hours.
